Notice of the Environmental Assessment on HOU Rwy 13R project

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Southwest Region, after careful and thorough consideration of all facts and after coordination with appropriate local, state, and Federal agencies, approved on April 23, 2025, an environmental Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI)/Record of Decision (ROD) for the proposed Reconstruction of Runway 13R-31L project, at William P. Hobby Airport, Houston, TX.

The FONSI/ROD is available at the Airports Division, Texas Airports District Office, FAA Southwest Region, 10101 Hillwood Parkway, Fort Worth, Texas 76177.
