Kelvin Pabon

Kelvin Pabon is the General Manager of William P. Hobby Airport (HOU). He oversees daily airport functions, ensures compliance with FAA and TSA standards, manages staff and operational teams and coordinates with key stakeholders to support Houston’s first commercial airport.
Pabon brings over 20 years of aviation industry experience across airlines, ground handling and airport management. Before joining Houston Airports, he served as General Manager for American Airlines at Louis Armstrong International Airport in New Orleans. He also held leadership positions as Director of Operations for McGee Air Services in Seattle, General Manager of Airports for Copa Airlines in New York and Country Manager for JetBlue Airways in the Dominican Republic. Pabon served as Operations Manager for Quito International Airport in Ecuador, where his leadership contributed to the airport receiving a 5-star Skytrax rating.
Pabon holds certifications from Airports Council International (ACI), the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
