Julie Landry

Julie Landry is Deputy Director of Workforce Innovation and Development (WID) for the Houston Airport System (HAS). She leads initiatives that support more than 1,200 employees across Houston Airports, focusing on workforce planning, employee engagement and professional development.

Landry oversees corporate services, employee engagement, learning and development, new employee orientation and retention efforts. She also manages workforce planning tools that track competencies and staffing levels to ensure the airport system remains positioned to meet future operational needs.

Landry worked in human resources for the City of Houston for 18 years. She has an MBA with a concentration in human resources and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, both from the University of Houston–Downtown.
