Clint Stephen

Clint Stephen is Deputy Director of Finance for the Houston Airport System (HAS). He is responsible for monitoring the system’s overall financial health. His oversight includes accounting and control, budgeting, corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, capital program control, audit, tax, airline affairs and risk management.

Stephen brings more than 30 years of finance and accounting experience. He began his career with United Parcel Service, managing financial and accounting functions before joining Continental Airlines. There, he held controller positions across cargo, corporate real estate, airports and operations and served on the labor relations negotiating team. He later worked as a financial officer for Starcon International in the petrochemical construction industry.

Stephen holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance, both from the University of Houston.
